Henry Hill School
specialises in programmes designed to assist students who come from a
non English speaking background.
Students from overseas who wish to
attend our school may be able to enter our school free of charge if they
enter New Zealand:
- as a resident
- with parents who carry a work permit
- because of a Government to Government scheme or contract with
"Fee Waived" stamped on their passport.
They will need to pay a fee if:
- they enter as a student
- they enter as a visitor
- they do not qualify for a fee waiver at the time of entry to New
Zealand.
All students who attend our school are protected by the conditions of
the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students.
This is a New Zealand standard for care of international students and
schools who enrol students much be signatories to this code before they
are able to accept students. Henry Hill School is a signatory to
this code.
Primary aged students must live with either the parent or caregiver who
they normally live with in their own country.
The school has a prospectus which is available to all enquirers.
It contains all background information for the enrolment of
International students in our school.
We look forward to meeting you
when you come and thank you for choosing to send your children to our
school.
